Three Simple Steps to Increase Energy
It’s hard to be productive when you are dragging through
each day. On top of that, who wants to purchase anything from someone who can
barely muster up the energy to share their product with you? As speakers and entrepreneurs we need to be
upbeat when speaking of our products or services. This is hard to do when you
can barely make it through the day. Many resort to jolts of caffeine or sugar
throughout the day to keep them going. But did you know that doing that is
actually causing damage and may lend itself to more destruction in the long
run?
Here are three simple things you can begin to
do today to keep your energy up!
1. Drink clean filtered water.
The first signs of dehydration are fatigue and headaches. If you find yourself
dragging through the day the first thing you want to do is hydrate your
body. Your goal is to drink half your
body weight in fluid ounces daily, up to but not exceeding 100 fluid ounces. Gradually
increase your daily water intake until you reach this goal and then maintain
it. Also avoid drinking out of plastics, as they leach chemicals into the water
and can negatively impact health and energy.

3. Drop the Processed Foods.
Eating foods in their natural whole form is always best to optimize nutrient
and enzyme content. This helps to
nourish our bodies and keep our energy elevated!
